Revealed 101x10 cms solid mass arising from Transverse colon with elevated CEA levels. Patient underwent surgical Resection of mass with End ileostomy . symptoms subsided and patient was healthy , active & Discharged.

At last they reached our Hospital (ARKA) with the child in their hands in unconscious state she was immediately admitted & examined by our CRITICAL CARE TEAM followed by that our team took it *challengingly to save her (little child) life. patient was intubated for 48 hours after that patient got conscious , extubated & Discharged with stable vitals.

Apr 17, 2022 by Dr.Seetharamwe present a case of 50years old obese female who came to establish primary care in our clinic she reported ongoing symptoms of constipation, abdominal discomfort, bloating as well intermittent post menopausal bleeding for past few months
The part reported taking OTC (Over The Counter ) medications for her Predominant G.I. Symptoms & No Improvement at all.
Trans Vaginal ultrasonography (TVUS) & MRI of pelvis done , revealed the presence of left side ovarian mass measuring more than 20x20cms. Further testing revealed highly elevated levels of Tumor marker CA-125. Patient subsequently underwent TOTAL ABDOMINAL HYSTERECTOMY+BILATERAL SALPHINGO-OOPHORECTOMY at our hospital .HPE report revealed presence of Left Benign cystadenoma.Sugery was successful with No post of complications.
